Just started using My Fitness pal a few days ago. My goal is to build muscle and lose fat. I've always been into nutrition but got more into fitness in the last 5 or so years. I have no problem eating healthy but I eat just a little bit too much so trying to stop that by tracking everything now. I would estimate I need to lose about 10lbs of body fat to get as lean as I would like. Currently 150lbs and 5ft 11.
