Advice needed....
I was on day 14 of the shred when the doctor told me to stop for 3 days as I'd had the contraceptive implant inserted i am restarting to day but do i have to start again? or can't i go back onto it? I was going to level 1 today the pickup back on level 2 from tomorrow?
Any thoughts or advice?

I would do one day of level one and then continue with level 20

Don't think it matters either way. Day 14 implies you were already 4 days into level 2? Personally, I'd just pick up where you left off with level 2….I couldn't move off it quick enough! I really enjoyed level 3 though.
I've read Jillian recommends taking 1-2 days off per week while following any of her programs. The 3 day 'break' wouldn't be enough to reverse the progress you've already made...
You'll get the same results regardless, so do what you feel comfortable with.0 -

I agree. I took 2 days off after day 1 of level 2 and just jumped right back in. I find with 30DS there is no set way of doing it. Rest days are important too.0 -
