Ladies who clean eat!

So i just started an "eat clean" diet today. So far i have an idea of what to consume throughout this plan. Im going to do it for about 19 days straight (& i say 19 because im going to Hawaii at the end of the month). How have your results been switching to a clean eating diet? Im trying to lose at LEAST 5 pounds. Is this possible if i fully stick & am committed?? Im gonna workout 5-6 days a week hoping to burn somewhere between 500-700 calories each time.

Also, i cannot NOT have coffee in the morning & i take creamer. Today i decided to have just half a cup instead of a whole cup. Is this alright & will it effect me?
One more thing, are luna bars okay??

i've lost 74 pounds eating any darn thing i wanted. just less of it. eating clean is fine but it can drive you crazy.

you can't be perfect forever. have your coffee.

I eat clean about 80% of the time. I absolutely love it. there is nothing better than cutting processed food out of your diet. I feel great and I have lost 2 dress sizes in the past 2 months ( I'm not overweight, so that's pretty crazy for me!)
I am not extremely strict but anything make a pretty big difference!
    Good luck!

Agree. If you cut everything out, then you'll likely to crave it and then binge. Clean is good in an ideal world, but feel its so hard to maintain. A calorie is a calorie regradless of where it comes from when looking at weight loss, so as long as you're at your calorie allowance, then you should be fine.
