I've been working out 6 days a week and eating healthy with limited carbs for 2 weeks now...... And not a pound lost and not an inch lost!! I'm doing everything right.... that it seems, and nothing. I seem to lose more weight when im not trying as hard. Now I just want to get some chicken wings or something bad. lol. Im going to add julian 30 day shred to my routine for the mornings and see how that work but something got to give.

Are you weighing your food? With accurate logging of your intake there will be weight loss.

That tracker is not correct. I record my weight whether its loss or gain. So I i put i lose 5 lbs one week, then gain 5 lbs the next week, then the week after that I lose the same 5lbs it will say i lost 10 lbs. When actually I only lost 5.

you're not eating enough, unless you're under 5 feet tall and over 50 years old. 860-1200 calories is. not. enough. to. sustain. you for very long much less the kind of workouts you say you're doing. look over this post http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013 and this one http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/908271-when-is-1200-calories-appropriate-hint-almost-never and try to come up with something REASONABLE and SUSTAINABLE for yourself.

I know it seems like it flies in the face of everything we've been "taught" (more like brainwashed) to believe about weight loss - that we should eat LESS to weigh LESS, but it's simply not true. I think I might be the only one but I was absolutely delighted to read the Road Map post and feel the freedom to eat more with the knowledge that I could still lose weight that way . Maybe I'm not so alone in that, I don't know, because I don't really see that part talked about on here. Just the people who are afraid to try it and/or don't give it long enough of a chance before they give up and go back to their miserable 1200 calories. I hope you're one of the ones who feels liberated and excited by the information!
