I have only just discovered this website and it is great!

Got a long way to go but I am determined to make the changes I need to. On day 3 and completely motivated, long may it continue!

    I joined here about two years ago but didn't stick with it. I'm back now and determined to use all the tools and support at my disposal. We can do this!

    We most definitely can!

    My weight has just crept up over the last 4 years and I need to make permanent changes but I am very aware that I need to put time and effort in to it which I haven't done, I have been a workaholic and put myself last.

    My screen name is from the Bossy Christmas Fairy which is a fabulous nativity play (I'm a teacher and it was the first thing that popped in to my head for a name!!)
