Hi,
I was following my fitness pal last year and doing great. Then I stopped for a period and hopped back on a month ago.
I am eating 1200 calories a day and have been working on the elliptical EVERYDAY and 8 days ago started a 30 day squat challenge. I have seen no decrease on the scale what so ever??? I just don't understand...i drink water, get a good nights sleep and spend minimum 1/2 hr on the elliptical.
Does anyone have any advice for me? it's hard to keep doing this when you are not seeing any difference at all!
Thanks Donna

You're undereating for the amount of exercise you do. Eat more.0

Start taking measurements. Sometimes my scale number does not go down, but my measurements do!0
