Hi Everyone!

I would say I'm knew here, but I've been lurking about for a while. I started the 30 day shred going on 20 days ago now (end of Level 2! Woop!) but started trying to lose weight a while ago. I was last on here last year, where I didn't really get serious about losing weight.

Now I've changed my attitude towards it all. I'm not fussed about losing weight, but I'd like to do these 30 Day Shred, and Ripped in 30, to prove to myself that "only" having 30 mins to exercise and giving up and not bothering, is NOT an excuse!!!

Anyway, hello everyone!

    Hi, I am new too and started 30 day shred. Today will be day 3 for me! :smile:

    Welcome!!!!! I started yesterday and boy do my side, butt and abs hurt LOL. I am going to do it again today. One day at a time. I plan on going to the gym and doing 45 minutes of cardio and then go home and do this DVD. Do you think this is too much???

    Welcome! Love the 30 DS. I started that program first so I couldn't I use the I have two little babies and I work too much line for why I wasn't working out. It's a great program and confidence booster!
