Hello fellow P90xers,

So I'd decided to do P90x as I have been in a plateau since January & and I'm trying to jolt my body into burning fat again! My weight has been fluctuating from 55.5 - 56.5kg for over 3 months now. I've finished my 1st week of P90x Classic today and have gained half a kilo (weighed myself in the morning - before doing StretchX)... I know P90x is not a weight loss program but I'm afraid that increasing my calorie intake has caused this gain? I'm trying to eat 1800 calories, but can only manage to hit 1600-1700 between most days so I figured I'd set my calorie intake to 1650 as my goal. I'm 5'3 (160cm) and my goal is to lose 5-6kg of fat.

Pre-p90x I was working out at the gym 5-6 days a week, mainly lifting weights and doing 13mins cardio everyday and eating 1300-1400 calorie per day.

I'm having trouble meeting the macros set for the fat shredder phase! I find that I'm always over on my fat intake. Most of the fat is coming from my protein shakes, and lean proteins. (Diary is open) And i find it hard to fit in most of my good fats (nuts, eggs, oily fish). I don't usually hit my carbs and I try to hit my protein everyday, it's just my fat intake is going way over then it should!

Just wondering would it be so bad to switch the ratios from 50p/30c/20f to 50p/20c/30f??? Or will that decrease my fat burning abilities??

Any advice would be appreciated!
