I need some help please

I just checked my settings and my Calorie count has changed and i noticed something I didnt see before. Could someone look at this that knows about fitness & nutrition Please.

So does this mean I should eat 1230 Calories on days I dont work out and 1480 calories on the days I do?

  • The way I understand this is your daily goal is 1,230 without factoring in any exercise . The 1,480 is what MFP calculates you will burn a week doing your workouts . When you do a workout and enter it your daily calorie goal 1,230 will increase . You must decide if and how many of those exercise calories to eat .

    Always NET at least your daily calorie goal.. so eat more on exercise days.

    I would really suggest for you to play around with the numbers. 1230 is far too low as it is and you tend to eat less than that on most days. Eating enough really does help your losses much more than not eating enough.
