Time to Get to Work!

Hi All!
I joined on Monday and am actually looking forward to my first "official" weigh-in tomorrow! I'm sick of all the yo-yo dieting and the expensive "crash" diets that I can't afford anymore anyway, so I decided it was time to do it the right way: exercise, eat healthy, count those calories and be accountable. I started working out in November and dropped an entire size, but didn't lose any weight (didn't gain, either!), so now it's time to get to work on the second half of the equation!

This site is really beneficial! Lots of great motivation from people....and pretty easy to track calories!
