So close to reaching my goal!!!!

I was just wondering if anyone had some good tips on losing the last few pounds that always seem so stubborn and never want to come off? I only have about 5 pounds left to lose and while doing this id like get as toned as possible without changing my workouts. Im currently doing p90x and im in the second phase so i have about 2 months to go. Im not following the diet plan because i have just so of made my own meal plan and stuck with it and obviously it is working so far. But im open to any suggestions in diet change and other excersizes to add in on a daily basis with p90x that would help with getting toned. Thanks to everyone in advance!
