Keeping motivation when you feel less than motivated...

So, we all have days when we wake up and just feel off. Wether it is not wanting to work out, weigh-ins and plateaus, or just downright tired of healthy food...

What do you do to keep that motivation up through trying times or when your heart just isn't in it? Do you treat yourself a little or do you push through? Lighter workouts? Harder workouts? Motivational posters with sad looking kittens??
