We have to start somewhere

I am gearing up for my first round of Body Beast so I did what I always do when I start a new program... I took my before pictures! Then I took a moment to reflect on the past year by comparing my before pictures with my current progress pictures... I have decided to share them with you because I know how much seeing someone's story motivates me.

I am NOT perfect, but we all have to start somewhere!







I still have a lot of work to do on my tummy area but I know I will get there! After seven pregnancies and three children I will rediscover or recreate my flat tummy
