DVDs - What exercise category?

I recently started the "Crunch" workout series on Netflix Watch Instantly. Some of these workouts are a mix between Aerobics/Pilates/Yoga. Two specific ones I do are a serious workout that probably burn a decent amount of calories. Under the "Track Exercise" option, 40 minutes of Pilates only burns about 137 calories. I have never actually done real Pilates so I don't know if what I am doing is more intense. I feel like it should be. Any suggestions for how to track my exercise calories properly? I am a breastfeeding mom so it is more important that I stay healthy and not drop too low in calories than it is for me to lose weight right now.
