Been on this for two weeks, cheating on the weekends and I have lost 15 lb. I need to work harder and stay focused on the weekends and leave the cocktails alone.
Congrats to you!!! Weekends have been my weekness also, but it is getting better now. I also have a problem when I go out to eat with my friends and family... I'm working on this too :-)0 -
