So sorry to ask about Roadmap, eating more etc

Hi guys
I'm so sorry for asking this again but after searching and seeing them in the past, I now can't find any links to the Roadmap calculations etc. They are probably really obvious but if anyone could post the links for working out how many cals I should be eating then I'd be really appreciative.
Been on MFP properly for about a week, been upping my exercise, including some weights, and was using 1200 as my average calorie goal. However, on Friday and again this morning, a weird thing happened, I started getting weird blurry/swimmy vision for about 30 mins, didn't feel dizzy or anything but the sight thing was really horrible. Now, this may have no relation to the diet/exercise but I think I should make sure I'm eating enough. Have manually upped my intake to 1350 but no idea if that's right or not.
So thanks in advance peeps for the links and like I said, sorry for the boring question that you've answered 100 times already!
Edit: aarrgh, now I've found a post re TDEE etc etc just below mine! Sorry!!
