If you have a HRM..

Do you just manually enter your calories burned into the exercise tracker?
For instance, today I did a 15 minute workout --- 10 minutes Taebo express and a cool down. According to my HRM I burned 106 calories. Should I just go in and enter my own workout and the calories burned?
I guess I just wasn't sure how TRULY accurate a HRM is..

That's what I do - create my own exercise for whatever I did, and enter the time and cals burned from the HRM.0

If you go to the box for "My Exercise" and choose to create a new exercise, you can add in your cals. Sometimes I use the same title (aka jogging stroller in neighborhood or "Trail Running") and with each exercise, just adjust the time to match the intiail calories I entered ( sometimes I burn more, sometimes less each time and it's easier than creating a new exercise).0
