Has anyone done squat sit-ups? I did them for the first time in a workout video from fitness channel and the are soooooooooo great. They are great for your lower abs and your butt. My butt was sore at work and I couldn't understand why since I worked upperbody the day before! It was the sit ups!!!

1. lay on back and extend one leg while the other legs is at a 90 degree angle (kinda like if your leg was on top of a chair)...as you do a crunch move your straight leg up and down. Sorry long day.....not sure this makes sense0

Oh, ok. thank you. Yes, it does make sense. I have done those recently and you are right. They make me feel really strong in the core! (Gotta love THAT feeling!)0
