Will it really work.

hello,
I guess this may be silly question. I am following the myfitnesspal food tracker to meet the following Calorie/Carbs/Fat/Protein Sodium/Sugar per day:
Your Daily Goal 1,680 231 56 63 2,500 34
I am trying to lose a 1 pound per week and this what I must follow.
My question is, will it really work if I follow this to lose about 5-6 lbs?
Thanks,

I believe it does. I started in early March and on a 1200 calorie limit. I found that if I maintain this, and even eat my exercise deficit, I loose my 2lbs a week.
Once your stomach gets used to it after a few weeks of continuous and steady limitations, you will find out that you are not as hungry as you started off being.
It won't be as easy as it sounds, but once you are honest with all the food you log in and begin to see what you really eat, it will change your perspective on your diet.
Good luck.0 -
Just give it a go and find out for yourself! Everyone is different but the plan is basically the same, eat less and move more!0

It definitely works. I took the calorie limit, and then increased working out while staying under it. I would say every body is different though so you may end up losing more and maybe even less. Either way I think its a really solid limit that you shouldn't pass.0
