100lbs or more

Hi im looking for friends that would add me if they have 100lbs or more to loose that have a open diary.... a bonus would be people that have already lost doing what they are doing...so I have an idea on what you eat ;-) so add me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have lost 100 pounds, and have about 30-40 more to go. I did this by joining a gym and also Herbalife protein shakes twice a day (replacing breakfast and dinner) and eating healthy snacks and lunches. Do not deny yourself food, if you are hungry eat, just make smart decisions. I feel like I need a high protein diet to stay full, so I try to find lean cuisine meals or make tuna salad and put it onto a spring mix salad with a low calorie dressing. This is a life style change, I just needed to be more aware of the amount of calories I was putting in my body each day. It shocks me, for instance, I went to dinner for a birthday the other night and I ordered a hamburger from a restaurant called Islands. No cheese, just meat, lettuce tomato and onion on a whole wheat bun. Can you believe that one burger was 960 calories? That was not even including the fries! So I eat at subway when I need something quick, because I know i can get a turkey sandwhich on wheat and it is less than 300 calories.

    It made a huge difference for me not to put cheese on things too, most of the time I cannot even taste it because there are so man other flavors going on. So that is 70-100 calories right there I am saving, and not even missing!

    Hit me up with any questions you have but I would say just try not to eat when you are really hungry, feed yourself before you get to that point and try to plan it out ahead of time. Cottage cheese, string cheese, raw almonds, salads with grilled chicken or tuna, eat tons of veggies with your meals, that way you are not hungry when yo are done.

    Good luck girl, you can totally do this and you will feel so amazing when you look at your pictures changing over time.
