But dem successes!

Met my goal and then some today... I used this site for a while... then stopped... and I tend to skip days where I eat a lot of fast food or the days I get wasted and don't work out, and/or put fake workouts that maybe incorrect on calorie burn and I really only use this as a general guideline anyways...
But either way, I dropped the weight I wanted, looking pretty toned.... Time to start hitting the weight a bit harder and bulk up the chest lats and thighs.
Please, give me kudos, boost my confidence, and otherwise help motivate me to stick with it!
And off topic.... Give me some boss salad or other food ideas... I need a lot more variety in my diet.
