You can have all of that stuff, the trick is how much. Portion control is key.0

I try to focus on healthy foods throughout the day and am willing to make modest concessions at dinner (e.g., pizza or pasta) or over the weekends (e.g., fast food) per my Husband's preference. In addition to relegating my portion sizes, I might also decline the bun with the burger or the bread with the soup. Eat healthy when you can, eat reasonably when you can't.

I drink coffee every day! It's not about deprivation, it's about willpower and portion control.

Eat whatever you want, as long as you accurately log it and stay within your goals. That being said, high fiber, high protein food will keep you full longer and nutritionally dense, lower calories foods will help you to feel better and be easier to stay within your numbers.0

Absolutely THIS^^^^^^^^^
I drink coffee each morning. I switched to sugar free creamer and use 3 tblsp along with a stevia packet. When eating out, I order off the "healthy" side of the menu. If you eat good all day, you can have a little more for dinner. I still measure and weigh and stick to serving sizes for those kinds of meals.0
