Need Help with Calories

I Just took down some numbers from the "roadmap" And I am totally confused!

And this is my Body Fat Percentage http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/

Going by the road map I come up with my BMR as 1529

looking at the chart according to moderate level of activity.. my goal is to do a 50 min Jillian micheals workout 6 days a week!

So I should eat no less then my BMR of 1529 calories and no more then 2370 calories my TDEE?
