Hello,
I am following the myfitnesspal food track with some goals on calorie (fat, sugar, etc) they calculated for me to follow to lose 1 pound a week.
After I lose the pound do I need to go back and readjust my new weight for a new set of goals or stick with the first goals til i reach my desired weight?
Thank you

you can but there is a small difference. I lost about 20 pounds and the calorie difference in a different calculator that I think is more accurate was at most 100 calories.0
