Hello everyone! I am new here. I have been working out for a while now, and it sure has been a long journey. I feel like I am getting nowhere most of the time, but I keep pushing forward anyway. One of my biggest issues is getting my eating under control. I seem to give myself a cheat meal once a day when I should honestly only be doing that once a week. I tend to over eat because it is hard for me to throw food out! I'm working on these issues and it is honestly one of the biggest "mental" problems that is stopping me from reaching my goals. So any advice on how to get past my eating issues would be great! Also I workout 5 times a week. I am currently doing a workout called Chalean Extreme and I love it!
