Hello, I've been struggling with my weight for sometime now. June 2012, I started a new birth control, the depo shot. Lets just say, DEPO was not what I needed. I gained about 25lbs in the first TWO weeks of being on it & its been an uphill battle ever since. When I started the DEPO I was about 155-160lbs & I still wasnt comfortable with my body, but now at 196lbs I need to get my butt in gear & do what I need to do to be healthy. Today is my official first day of counting my calories & I'm starting the Squat challenge for this month. If you guys would like the details on that you can message me (;
What really opened my eyes is when I was hospitalized for suicidal thoughts. I hadn't been taking care of myself mentally or physically & I am ready to change all that. I am bipolar & I suffer from depression & anxiety. I'm pretty normal, I just have really bad mood swings, especially when I'm not getting the right foods. I just really need some motivation & help to keep that motivation. If anyone has any tips or anything I would really appreciate it. Any "at home" exercises would be a great help, since I live 40min away from the closest gym. I look forward to talking to some of you! (:
