Saw my Cardiologist today

and he is more then pleased with me. I have lost close to 30lbs from the last time I saw him, he decreased one of my blood pressure medications and my A1C went down to a 6.1 from a 6.7. I am very excited. I am not changing my weight on here because it is a totally different scale and other reasons, but I am so excited.

Then my boss said, WOW look at your face, your getting a chin again, this made me very happy as I had a very fat face and that turkey gobble thing going on.

Thank you. It feels awesome. I love when people notice and then seeing it on the scale, its a rocking good day, LOL
