bulking!!

after a mini cut. i need to get on a bulk. im a wrestler weighting at 145 right now trying to make strength gains. doesn't matter what weight i get to. i very lean and muscular. so any suggesting on how my macros. im getting 370/70/190 split and im gaining about half a pound every 7 to 10 days. should i keep going with i.

    .5 pound growth per week is ideal for bulking so I would stay stick with that. More than that you will just be adding fat and not building strength, leaving you more to cut when you get back to that cycle.
