To Carb or not to carb???

I see a lot of posts on this subject and wanted to see how the majority feel about carbohydrate intake. I am reading a book called "The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance" and I have to say it's pretty eye opening. I have been on a Ketogenic diet for three weeks now and I feel great! The first week was tough as I had some nausea and fatigue. As someone who consumed primarily carbs for years I really feel that this diet change was the one I needed to make. Not to say that there are no good carb choices. I currently aim for 50 grams of carbs daily 6 days a week and 20 or less on the 7 th day. I feel full all of the time and have had more energy than I know what to do with. I have started exercising regularly as well.
