Need some motivation to get out of the 190's.

Would love to add anyone as a friend. I live local in Huntington Beach, California and could really use some encouragement to keep on track. Everytime, I hit a stop sign and have not been out of the 200-190lbs. One eighties on the horizon!:wink:

    You can do it! I made it through the 190's. It took me a while but I did it! I even struggled for nearly 2 months in the 170's. I'm not sure what my weight is now but its either low 170's or high 160's. Just keep pushing, keep trying. Don't give up!

    First of all I have to get over the jealousy of you living in such a great place. OK, I am over that. I was stuck in the 190s for eva. Now, I am 185 give or take and stuck there. What I am now doing is adding more protein and eating fewer carbs. I am not for the Atkins or Paleo diet. I feel fuller from eating protein like cheese sticks or the protein bars that are not delicious. And tuna and chicken, not much beef, steak is hard to digest and it is bad for a person's liver. A liver specialist who is my boyfriends doctor told me that.

    Nasty fruit and vegetables are now my friend. Sometimes fresh, canned is OK too. If you want me to tell you the results of this change, I will. If you would prefer to deal with younger people I understand that too. Carol

    I'm with you. Started again on March 30th at 199 lbs and I am now down to 194 lbs. Looking forward to hitting the 180's. Feel free to add me. :)
