I believe a serving of rice is 1/2 cup raw, 1 cup cooked (it also will tell you on the package)

I believe the same goes for pasta, 1 cup cooked again see if the package tells you

Pizza- depends on the place you get it from and what size, if you are unsure ask when ordering what the diameter of the pizza is, and you should be able to find something comparable in the database (large usually = 14" and small usually = 8" around where I live)

Check individual labels rather than relying on the database here when applicable.

I think you're right - it's best to stick with individual labels in certain cases.

    Thank you so much :)

Weigh everything raw if you can.

Each letter represents one inch difference between bust and band size.

ETA: damn, I was beaten to it.
