Eating & Working out

So in order to fit in exercise without taking away from the kids, boyfriend, or any other aspect of my life, I'm going to try working out on my lunch break BUT I want to make sure that I'm eating properly before and after my workout. So...what and when should I be eating before and after my workout on my lunch?

It's really a personal preference. I don't like to work out on a full stomach if I can avoid it. I workout inthe am, and I tain fasted, unless I wake up ravenous or am feeling weak. You may just need to experiment. Eat something small before and after. Is taht enough lunch for you? Can you hold out until after your workout, or will you be starving? Do you mind working out full? These are all things to consider.0
