New Vegan

Hello everyone!

I have used myfitnesspal in the past with success. After being absent for a while I am back and I AM VEGAN! I have been following a strict vegan diet for about 2 weeks and have already seen amazing results. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 3 years ago and have been taking medicine for it since. Because of the hypothyroidism I gained over 100 pounds and then I found out I had high blood pressure. After just 3 weeks of being vegan I have lost 8 pounds, my thyroid has started producing more hormone by itself, and I feel MUCH BETTER! I use myfitnesspal to keep up with my calories because even a vegan diet can cause weight gain.
