Last stone does not seem to be going??

Hi All
I have lost quite a bit of weight but I am a stone away from my goal but it just dosnt seem to be moving!!
A couple of people including my personal trainer told me i was eating too little... and this is why I wasnt losing any weight and upped my calories from 1200 to 1700. After a month I had not lost any weight so I was told to reduce it by 150 calories. I have been eating 1550 for the last couple of weeks and im still not losing any weight!! Im finding this bizarre now and I dont know what else to do. Im exercising 3-4 times a week... on one of these days I am doing an hour of circuit training followed by spinning, on another day im doing an hour in the gym with my PT and on the other day im doing spinning and abs! During the weekend i usually go for a long walk too!! I have also changed a lot of the food I eat to whole foods... I only eat wholemeal rice, pasta and bread, Ive started making my own snacks or eating the healthy range from Graze.
Has anyone else got any idea of what else I can do? I am meeting with my PT on weds about this but i just wanted to see what ideas anyone else has?

The last 10-15 Lbs is pretty tough sledding. Are you doing any resistance training or just circuit training and cardio? I've found resistance training to be beneficial in losing this last bit of fat...much more so than cardio.0

Thanks for your quick reply... Well there is some resistance training in the circuit with weights and kettlebells! My PT usually starts off with 20 mins cardio followed by some resistance training too? Maybe I need to look at this some more and possibly start doing some resistance training after spinning on a friday?? Is there any type of exercises you can recommend?0
