Anyone else find themselves doing a 3rd workout some days to offset that brownie sundae!! In addition I can't fight that 9:30 potato chip calling. Anyways I figure I would see who is out there fighting the same demons. I currently run 15 or so miles a week and do the gym (cross fit style) for 30 mins a day. Summer coming so I add in a third workout come min July.
