Silly Question

I have been doing the stairs at work. It is 3 flights, 9 steps each flight. Should I log this as exercise? Also if I should log it, should I just log the going up and not down or log both as exercise?

    I wouldnt just call it lil extras :)

    I personally wouldn't log it as exercise - just count it as part of your TDEE.

    I take the stairs at work as well and never log it.

    Unless you are running up and down them repeatedly, I wouldn't log it
  • I take the stairs at work too - up and down 6 flights of 12 steps, several times a day. I just rack it up as part of my TDEE.
