Caloric Intake

Let me first start by saying, I am not one of those 1200 calorie eaters who never eats back their exercise calories. I lost 40 pounds eating the allotted calories from MFP and eating back 75-80% of my exercise calories.

I stopped logging for a bit once I got damn near my goal and over the course of about 8 months gained back about 6 pounds. I've gotten back to logging in the last two weeks but am finding it is a failing endeavor - I am starting to think my caloric intake as set by MFP is unrealistic and partially to blame for my falling off the wagon.

MFP has me set at a little over 1300 and I find that is just not enough. I set it to 1425 and I'm still hungry a LOT! This was never a problem when I was up at around 150+.

Thoughts? Anyone not let MFP reduce their calories as they lost and continued to lose?
