Has anyone else read this book? I found it quite insightful, and really dead on. it has a lot of great ideas in it, and despite the bland title, its really well written and a fun book to read. After reading this book, I am now starting to not "eat on autopilot" and think about the flavors in my food. Anyways, thought I would share and I am curious to know what other people thought of the book.
