I am not vaegan but very close to becoming one. When I don't eat prepared foods, animal fats or sweets I do just fine., I gave sweets up for Lent and have continued without them I don't have the cravings I used to have and don't eat as much. I have my Green vegetable drnk every day and can just el that cholesterol slide right off the artery walls.
