okay so my partner is making dinner for me tonight and she is so excited about it so I saved up 755 calories just to be sure I wouldnt go over. She's making salmon cakes with parsley because Ive been craving fried food due to monthlys lol. So she is going to lightly fry me up some salmon cakes with just salmon and celery basically. Anyway my question is if she's just lightly coating it if break crumbs and flour how do I put that into a recipe to get calories?

You could weigh the dish of bread crumbs/flour before and after the breading takes places.
Or you could estimate. Maybe a tablespoon of flour and 1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs depending on how big what you're breading is. You can have her measure the oil that she puts in the pan. If you're just using enough to brown it, maybe a tablespoon or so. If you're talking about pan frying with half an inch of oil in the bottom, I don't know how to estimate that0 -
Definitely weigh everything. The suggestion of weighing the bowl before and after is a good one. As far as the oil, I'd just log however much was used even if there's some left in the pan just to be safe.0
