    Main changes I've made is portion size (I know I know - I've heard it a million times too! But you really do adjust!) and cut out bread! Bread is my vice. I've never really enjoyed pasta/rice, so the only carbs I'll have is from sweet potato, which I love! Quorn is awesome as well.

    Hopefully when I've got to another milestone I'll post some more photos!
