My main issues

I am currently unemployed & hoping to go back to school sometime this month or the next.
I've hit a set back in my life after being hospitalized for my mental stability.
I'm on mood stabilizers & anxiety medicine. They want to make sure I am leveled out on my medicine before I take on a job & school again.
The thing that gets me, is that I am home ALL the time. So, when I eat, I want to eat a lot but I've been refraining from doing so, by keeping up on my calories.
But, I find myself worrying about when I am going to eat next.
When my next meal will be.
What am I going to eat?
I know I need to get out of the house more, but where I live, there isnt much to do or anywhere to go with the way my finances are strained.
Any advice on what I can do? What times I should eat? How many meals? 3 regular or several small ones?
