    You look so unhappy in the 'before' pics and so AWESOME in the 'after' pics! Great job!!! I did Body for Life a number of years ago and had good results, too. Not sure mine were quite as good as yours, but I lost 18 lbs, 4 sizes, and gained a lot of strength and endurance... just in time for my wedding!

    Nice work! I'm looking forward to what the next 12 weeks will do for me, I love to lift so much!:love: I don't think I can imagine stopping now.

    Body-for-LIFE is an online fitness competition you do 3 twenty min HIIT sessions a week and lift weights for 45 min 3 times a week. You can go to bodyforlife.com and check it out and thank you!

    Well if you knew me you would know that this is the first time I have ever worn a bikini in my life :blushing: . The before picture speaks for its self I hid the camera and would NOT let my husband see the picture until I was eight weeks into the program!
