are my goal realistic?

So my PT asked me to set my goals to get me to my goal weight so that I dont loose focus after goal number one

My current weight is 78.6kg my goal weight is 68kg

So iv set myself the following goals

May 12th (my birthday) 75kg
June 28th 71kg
August 5th 68kg

This works out to be about 2kg a month.

My standard exercise week is as below

Monday - PT ( i always say ill do more on monday but never do!)
Tuesday - Body attack 30 mins CX work 30 min, 60 min yoga class
Wednesday - Circuit 60 min (weights, body weight work etc) Body attack 60 mins
Thursday - Cross fit 45min, netball 40 min (I play attack so lots of running)
Friday - Spin or a big circuit depending on what my day looks like
Saturday - Body combat 60 min and netball 60 min
Sundays - rest or if I feel up to it Body attack 60 min/ cx 30 mins

I try to keep my food between 1200 and 1400 cals. I eat take out once a week which is lunch on saturday and is normally something like tacos, grilld or something similer to this I dont eat food from the big 4 (kfc, maccas, Hjs, red rooster) and sometimes (maybe like once every two months) I get noodle box

Im lactose intolerant and the only dairy I eat is lactose free cheese which I have as a afternoon snack (25g)

so thoughts? ideas? are my goals realistic with some hard work??

It is definitely achievable. :) you just have to be committed and work hard towards it. And even if you don't lose it all by the time you want, you will still have lost some and it will be worth it. Also, remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are working out, you may lose fat but gain muscle. So don't be discouraged if the scale does go up. :)
