Motivation via a YouTube series...

Well, I'm trying something new for me... I created a YouTube (Facebook and Twitter) series on me losing 100 lbs by December 31st of this year. I just wanted to see if I made things public if it would help me stay on track. Plus, I figured I have researched a lot of stuff over the years and maybe I could help others lose weight and get in shape.
I may not make my goal of 100lbs, but I'm going to try. The main problem I may have is the fact I have fitness goals too, such as benching, squatting and deadlifting over 300lbs again (as I did in my youth).
