I have sooooooo much motivation and want to go workout. I think about it all the time and I'm so ready to go. But I don't ... I've lost a good bit of weight and scares the hell out of me to gain it back, but for some reason, I just can't get the ummpphh up and go. I have days where I do really well, then the next day, I go to Jack in the Box. It upsets me, I have several reasons to drop this weight, goals, too. But something is holding me back lately and I can't shake it. Any advice?

Sometimes we just have to force ourselves to do what we know is right so just do it! You'll feel better afterwards.0

Start off with a commitment to short workouts, and to eat as best as you can for a short amount of time. And then assess.
Take some measurements and pictures, and pledge that you will go to the gym 3 days a week, for 20-30 minute workouts (10-15 minute workouts* + 10-15 minutes for driving to the gym/showering) for 6 weeks (that's not that long). Promise that you'll eat as clean (or just cut out french fries, sweets, or pizza) as you can 6 days/week for six weeks. And on the other day, eat whatever you want but don't go over on your calories. Drink lots of water, get decent sleep (go to bed an hour earlier), and go for brisk walks around your neighborhood for 10-15 minutes on the days you're not working out at the gym. That's just 30 minutes every day.
At the end of six weeks, take measurements and pictures. When you see the difference that this activity and nutrition can do in six weeks, then maybe you'll have the motivation to increase the activity level and see what you can do in the next six week block. In a year, you'll be posting those pictures in the success story forum!

I just do it. When I don't do it I regret it. So I do it because that feeling of regret is miserable I'm in the same boat as you now. Currently my feet are propped up on a table but I've gotta work out or ill feel bad about skipping it tomorrow.0

Sometimes I will say I'm going to the gym in the morning... and then it's 1pm... and then it's 3pm... and then it's 5pm. And by that time, I think of how busy it will be and just stay home. lol.
I would just schedule it like you do other activities. I make time for it when I'm already out and about. That way, you're already driving around and there aren't the distractions at home that can stall you from heading out.
Maintaining healthy eating is still a trick for me-- take my advice with a grain of salt-- but maybe setting goals like eating fast food once a week, and then maybe going down to every other week, etc. would be more beneficial for you than just winging it.0
