Quick, easy and low cal

Here's the scoop. I am single, work a full time job, then go to the gym straight after work. By the time I get home and showered it is 7:30 to 8 p.m. I eat the bulk of my calories during the day and with my noon meal, but still need to eat something at night. I am looking for some quick, easy and low cal meals that I can make ahead or quickly when I get home at night. Would love to hear what you all have to say. Oh, and did I say that I am on an extremely tight budget.

Any kind of meat, frozen veggies, noodles or couscous. Just cook the meat, nuke the veggies, nuke the couscous, done.
Or make salads.0
