Hi all! I joined mfp about a year ago, but never really followed through... I 'rejoined' again last thursday with the intent on not giving up this time around! And, today, I discovered the forums! Wow! I've really been missing out. This is exactly the motivation I need to stay focused :)
Any tips for a newbie?

  • My advice: don't let a bad day or two throw you off track. Tomorrow is a new day, so just start logging again and forget about it. Beating yourself up and quitting entirely makes no sense.
  • Don't be afraid to make friends with "strangers" on here! The more support and friends the merrier, and the more motivating it can be! Feel free to add me! I'm back on track as of today as well and ready to really kick some butt! Best of luck to youu!! <3
