Hello hello~
I haven't been on mfp in a while, calorie tracking just doesn't seem to fit into my schedule anymore, but I need some advice and I didn't think there'd be anywhere better to ask.
I have this really bad habit of working out and then coming home and eating something unhealthy. I might have a great work out and feel totally proud! Heck, I ran four miles for the first time the other day, but then I came home and had a totally unhealthy snack just after walking through the door![D: D:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/anguished.png)
I think my problem is that I get really HUNGRY after working out because I push myself maybe even harder than I should, so I just reach for the easiest thing to eat!
What are some really great snack ideas that anyone has found satisfying post-workout? Are there any brand meal/protein bars you might recommend? Or any ideas in general? I know I'm not the only one who gets the post-workout munchies, so any feedback is appreciated.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thank you!
