Hi I'm new on here and I want to ask a question...Why does it not show how many calories I burn when i fill in my strength training??

  • You need to add "weight Training" as a cardiovascular activity.

There strength (since most strength burns little calories) section is really more for tracking weight/reps/etc.. as mentioned add it in your cardio section..

If you're doing a circuit with approx 30 sec break or less log as circuit training otherwise strength training.

    Hi KevDaniel, / Alwayswinter3

I also recently joined this site. I love it though!! Can you explain further what you mean by adding it to the cardiovascular section. I use a toning band and 2lb hand weights. I know the hand weights aren't that heavy but I do at least 3 sets and 10 reps. How do I convert it to cardio? Would I need to go online and find a calorie count for weight training?

    Thanks ntdrive,

I have used circuit training when I do a series of exercises (push ups, jumping jacks, standing planks, etc) for a certain amount of time. I believe I can also figure it out when doing strength training or at least I hope I can. Thanks again.
